The Villa
Relax in this spacious and serene space, located on a lush green gated ranch, on the quiet side of Tulum, that has a big jacuzzi and garden outside.
A unique palm tree inside and many plants surround you while you work, sleep or play underneath a high ceiling with roof-windows, comfy couches, a kingsize bed and other couches that can also serve as beds for guests.
Where you’ll sleep
The bedroom features a king-size heaven-bed, air conditioning, large windows and ample wardrobe space.
What this place offers
A spacious house, with a kitchen, living room and on the second floor a bath- and bedroom with a balcony and roof terrace. Also inside it’s full of natural light, so you’ll live in harmony with the beautiful lush greenery the house is surrounded by.
There is a relaxing outdoor pool of varying depth, with lights and jets, designed in an old circular water-well. There is an ice-bath on request.

The Chapel
This unique cute converted chapel is located at a private, gated ranch sanctuary a mere few minutes from Tulum town.
Historically it served as house of prayer for the farmers.
You can work or unwind at this serene ranch among birds, rescue animals, flowers, fruit-trees and a lagunita-style pool made out of natural rocks.
Where you’ll sleep
King or queen-size bed, second or sofa bed optional for extra guests. Air conditioning will keep you cool. Thick blanket or extra bed linens will keep you warm in the winte, There is a ceiling fan too. Upon request there is a changing table, crib and other baby/children’s material needs. There is laundry and house cleaning service available during your stay for an additional amount.

Full bathroom with bidet and handheld shower, backyard with a variety of plants, Wi-Fi, workspace, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and cleaning service. Take a dip in the natural-rock lagunita-style pool.

Wall-sized windows give great view of greenery outside. You can work or unwind at this serene ranch among birds, rescue animals, flowers & fruit-trees.

Enjoy the house’s King-size bed and/or sofa bed next to it, while the wall-sized windows offer a great look out on the lush green gardens. For a fresh breeze, open the windows without worry, thanks to our mosquito-net sliding doors. Or stay cool with our air conditioning or ceiling fan. There is plenty of wardrobe space in your walk-in closet. Find a natural-rock lagunita-style pool on the ranch to cool off on a hot day. Upon request there is a changing table, crib and other baby/children’s material needs. There is cleaning service and room-service available during your stay

1. Respect & Community
We live and learn as one community. Treat yourself, others, and the land with gratitude, patience, kindness, consent, and presence. Silence and respect during potential sessions keep the space sacred for all.
2. Nature, Safety & Conduct
Help us preserve this zero-waste sanctuary: don’t litter, but separate recycling, keep the space clean, and respect all beings. No alcohol, smoking and/or tobacco products, drugs, or animal products, nor when we are in public spaces. Please turn off the AC when leaving your quarters, or management is required to do so. Always take a shower before using the pool(s), especially when coming from the beach, yoga/sports and/or a field-trip.
3. Health & Responsibility
If you join us for our retreats and/or related activities, All activities are voluntary and at your own discretion and risk. We encourage stepping out of your comfort zone, like trying a cold plunge, but never beyond what feels safe to YOU. Inform our team of any medical or psychological conditions that may be affected by deep mental, emotional and spiritual work, fasting, a sweat-lodge, water and/or any other activity, and follow organizer guidance at all times.
4. Liability & Mutual Indemnification
For our retreats and general visitors: Though our team will do everything to keep you safe and supported, participation involves natural risks, especially during physical, aquatic, and ceremonial activities. You agree to release, hold harmless, and mutually indemnify Liefs Retreats, Rancho Verde, and facilitators from any claims or (consequential) damages, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. Privacy, Media & Testimonials
For our retreats: A professional photographer will document your journey beautifully. Please avoid personal photography or phone use during sessions to stay fully present. You grant permission for respectful use of retreat content and we kindly invite you to share a short testimonial at the end to help others rediscover their purpose.
